Reporting a Complaint

If you believe content on our platform violates our policies or applicable laws, please contact us by email at contact@focusedpassions.com. Please include your name and contact information, the URL or location of the content, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

Review & Resolution

All complaints are reviewed by trained personnel. We will acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours, investigate the reported content, take appropriate action, and resolve all valid complaints within five (5) business days. If there is evidence that content is illegal or otherwise non-compliant with applicable laws, regulations, or our platform policies, the content will be removed immediately while the matter is reviewed. Actions may include removing content, requesting additional information, or suspending accounts that violate our policies.

Prohibited Content

We prohibit content that violates applicable laws, is non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive, infringes intellectual property rights, or promotes human trafficking or other illegal activity. Such content will be removed promptly upon discovery or notification.

Appeals

If you believe content has been removed, restricted, or moderated in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting contact@focusedpassions.com. If the content is found to violate our Terms of Service or applicable law, it will remain removed. If the content complies with our policies, it may be restored where appropriate. If you disagree with our decision, you may request an independent review by a neutral third party at the merchant's expense. Following completion of the review process, the decision will be considered final.
